Please allow 5–8 weeks turnaround time from the close of the pre-order date. Pre-orders close on the 1st and 15th of every month.

For example, if you place your order on the 10th, your order will be included in the 15th pre-order closing date. Please plan accordingly when ordering for gifts, events, or specific dates to help avoid timing delays.
