All items in stock will be shipped within 5-7 days from the date of order UNLESS otherwise specified. This does not include transit time from the post office to you. Allow 48-72 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier. Once the shipping carrier has your WTW Blankets package, it is in their hands solely and is covered by $100 insurance if said package is not delivered or lost. The investigation will start if this happens and you will need to wait for the investigation to be complete for further information. WTW Blankets is very adamant that your package is in great hands and will be delivered to you. We have had 0 ZERO lost packages in 7+ years of business. Sometimes things do take time and there may be out of our hands circumstances that happen such as weather, postage drop dates/times, and overload on the carriers end.
