All items in this collection are available for immediate shipping and will be dispatched within 3-6 days after purchase. Our shipping days are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
** We utilize USPS and UPS as our primary shipping carriers, although depending on your location and order size, we may occasionally use SpeeDee Delivery. Once your tracking number is generated, please allow 1-3 days for your package to start showing movement. After the shipping carrier receives your package, WTW is no longer responsible for delivery dates and times. If you haven't received your package within 2 weeks of the carrier receiving it, we can initiate a claim for insurance reimbursement. Once WTW receives the refunded amount from the carrier, we will remake your item accordingly.
